3 Ways to Become a Better Sourcer (Nobody Said it …

How do you fill a hard-to-fill job opening? Besides using the latest technology (e.g. AI), LinkedIn, Indeed, and Facebook. And/or, besides using your existing ATS/CRM databases. Well, you buckle up like a buttercup and dig your heels in. Dig deep. You need to:

  1. Get engrained into niche online communities
  2. Have the world’s greatest EVP
  3. Do something different and cool like hold contests
