I’ve been waiting for this to happen since ChatGPT first launched. I knew it was only a matter of time before you could search for candidates using the power of AI and HeroHunt.ai is one of the start-ups who are taking the lead.
HeroHunt.ai lets you paste in a job description and/or describe what you’re looking for, and then you get candidates to review. But, that’s not all. The candidates are presented in a visually appealing and helpful way. Plus, you can contact the candidate using AI and the verbiage being used is perfect. It’s easier to show you so here’s quick tour.
Step 1: Paste in your job description.
Step 2: Review candidates. This is after clicking on their name.
Step 3: Templates. Customize your outreach and other templates. Maybe this should be step 1 but you get the point.
