All you need to do is create and save a prompt that all HR/Recruiters will use. Below is an example and of course you would adjust the template at the beginning of the prompt to match your company’s requirements. You may use this example prompt with ChatGPT 3+, Gemini, or any free/paid AI chat tool. If there’s something about the output that you don’t like, simply add more instructions to this prompt until you consistently get the output you that you desire.
